By accessing or purchasing from High Seas Supply Co (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, customers, affiliates, and contributors of content.

Business Information
High Seas Supply Co is owned and operated by Anchored Personalization LLC. We offer made-to-order, personalized merchandise for cruise travelers and related audiences.

Production & Fulfillment
Our products are created using a combination of in-house production and trusted third-party partners, including print-on-demand (POD) providers and fulfillment houses. This hybrid model allows us to offer a wide variety of products, maintain flexible fulfillment timelines, and scale with customer demand.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your item may be printed, manufactured, fulfilled, or shipped by one of our internal teams or by a carefully selected third-party partner. While we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by external vendors, we uphold strict quality standards and will work with you to resolve any concerns that arise.

Processing & Shipping
All items are made to order and typically ship within 3–5 business days after purchase. We offer two domestic shipping options:

  • Economy Shipping (Free): Estimated to arrive 4–8 business days after your order ships

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated to arrive 2–5 business days after your order ships

For most orders, please allow up to 13 total business days from the time of purchase to final delivery.

We also ship internationally. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days after shipment. Additional customs fees or import duties may apply based on your country’s regulations.

Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy & Reshipment Policy
Please confirm your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship items for an additional fee of $15. If the package is not returned to us, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or changes to personalization after an order is placed.

We will offer replacements for items that arrive defective, damaged, or with personalization errors caused by our team.

However, if a customer enters incorrect personalization (e.g., typos, wrong names, dates, or details), we are not responsible and will not offer refunds or replacements. It is the customer’s responsibility to double-check all personalization fields before placing the order.

If your order arrives with an error that was not entered by you, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@highseassupply.com with photos and a description of the issue. If approved, we will provide a replacement to the original payment method. In some cases, store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Payments
We accept Visa, American Express, PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay. All transactions are processed securely at checkout.

Customer Accounts
You may choose to create an account to manage your orders and access your history. An account is not required to make a purchase.

Marketing Communications
By submitting your email or phone number on our site, you agree to receive promotional messages from us by email or SMS. These communications are optional, and you may unsubscribe at any time via the link or instructions provided in each message.

Prohibited Uses & Content Guidelines
You agree not to use our site or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Violating any local, national, or international laws

  • Infringing on our intellectual property or the rights of others

  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the site’s operation

  • Copying, reselling, or misusing our product designs or content

  • Submitting false, misleading, or abusive information

We also reserve the right to deny or cancel any personalization request that promotes hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or content that contradicts our core values. This includes—but is not limited to—messaging that is racist, homophobic, transphobic, sexist, ableist, or otherwise harmful.

Affiliate Programs & Brand Partnerships
We partner with cruise lines, travel brands, and creators to expand our reach and offer exclusive merchandise. We also run affiliate and influencer programs for approved partners. These programs are subject to separate agreements and guidelines.

Data Sharing & Privacy
We may share customer data with third-party services that help us operate our business, including order fulfillment, delivery, customer support, email marketing, and analytics. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function and are required to keep it confidential.

Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Revisions take effect immediately once published on this page. Your continued use of the site indicates acceptance of any changes.
