Because all items at High Seas Supply Co are made to order and often personalized, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or personalization errors entered by the customer.
Please double-check all spelling, dates, and details before placing your order.
However, if your item arrives defective, damaged (not due to shipping), or if you receive the wrong product, we’re here to help. Contact us at help@highseassupply.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photo of the item in question. We’ll review the claim and offer a replacement if appropriate.
What’s not eligible for return or refund:
· Incorrect personalization or spelling errors entered by the customer
· Wrong size ordered
· General dissatisfaction with style, color, or layout
· Damage caused by the shipping carrier (please contact the carrier directly)
