At High Seas Supply Co, every order is made just for you. We’re committed to delivering your personalized cruise gear quickly and reliably — but please keep in mind that all items are made to order, and delivery timelines may vary.

Processing Time
Most orders are processed and ship within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Options (U.S. Orders)
We offer two shipping speeds at checkout:

  • Economy Shipping (Free): Arrives in 4–8 business days after your order ships

  • Standard Shipping: Arrives in 2–5 business days after your order ships

Please allow up to 13 business days total from the time you place your order to final delivery (processing + shipping).

International Shipping
We do ship internationally!
Delivery times vary based on destination and typically range from 7–21 business days after shipping. Additional customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country.

Tracking Information
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Rates

  • Economy Shipping is free for all U.S. orders

  • Standard Shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery

  • International shipping rates are calculated based on your location and order size

Address Accuracy & Reshipment Policy
Please confirm your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship items for an additional fee of $15.
If the package is not returned to us, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

Damaged Packages
If your package is damaged during transit, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
If your product is defective or damaged for any other reason, email us at help@highseassupply.com and we’ll work with you to make it right.
