Can I personalize my order? 

Yes! Most of our products can be personalized with names, dates, destinations, or group names. Just enter your details on the product page before checkout.

What happens if I misspell my name or enter the wrong info? 

We print exactly what you enter, so please double-check all spelling and personalization details before placing your order. We’re not able to replace items due to input errors.

Can I change my order or personalization after I place it?

No—because items are made to order, we cannot make changes once an order has been placed.

Can I print anything I want? 

We reserve the right to reject any design or personalization that includes offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted content that goes against our brand values.

When will my order arrive?

For U.S. orders (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), most items ship within 3–5 business days and typically arrive within 2–7 business days after shipping. Please allow up to 15 days total from the time you place your order to delivery.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we offer international shipping at an additional cost. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.

Do you offer plus sizes? 

Yes! Most of our apparel is available up to size 5XL.

Can I return a personalized item? 

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns on personalized products unless there is a defect or error on our end.

We don’t offer traditional group orders, but we can create a group-specific page featuring designs tailored to your sailing or event. If your group qualifies, we also offer commission on every sale. Email us to get started.
